  • That we stop any consent-based processing of your personal data after you withdraw that consent.
  • You can contact us to request to exercise these rights at any time.
  • If we choose not to action your request, we will explain the reasons for our refusal. 

Your right to withdraw consent

Indemnification   

The Vendor indemnifies and shall hold indemnified the company, its partners, officers, employees, representatives, agents from and against all cyber-attack, brute force attack, or any event which is beyond that  reasonable control and without its fault or negligence, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, lockouts, acts of any Government authority, delays in obtaining licenses or rejection of applications under the Statutes, failure of telephone connections or power failure, fire or floods losses, damages, claims, suits, legal proceedings and otherwise howsoever arising from or in connection with any claim including but not limited to claim for any infringement of any intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party or of law, concerning quality, quantity and any claim in relation to the Vendor’s product, the breach of any of the Vendor’s warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of its obligations under this Agreement or arising out of the Vendor infringing any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, Goods and Service Tax, The Standards of Weights & Measures legislation, etc . For the purpose of this clause reference to the company shall also include the Mobile Operators and such other agencies through whom the Company shall make the Online Store available to the Customers.

Liability Exclusions

  • We exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms, whether express or implied to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We accept no liability for any losses or damages which are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or your use of the website.
  • These exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. If any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraud
